The location was excellent for first time visitors to Krakow. The staff was attentive and particularly attentive and the continental breakfast was marvelous.

The continental breakfast was marvelous and had delicious food. There were a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating in my twin room, liked it. The location was marvellous and fantastic - ease of access to a historic museum.

It has to offer a varied and delicious breakfast with hot dishes, hot options and beverages. This hotel has peaceful location in the heart of the old town.

Beautiful historical hotel with incredibly helpful staff and a great restaurant.

The hotel had a central location right in the heart of the old town. And it was also adjacent to the main square and the bus/train station as well as Krakow's. The food was local with a wide array of options.

Some of the staff were not experienced.

Hotel is lovely old fashioned and beautifully kept and everything was first-class. A king room with comfy beds has basic facilities you need. Overall local food, plus there is Pijalnia Wodki i Piwa close by.

The stay was absolutely very very good! For me it was a well-kept place to stay. A work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a multi-channel television inside the double room were handy. It was generous sized and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect in the heart of Kraków and the staff here was brilliantly helpful and so efficient.

I could see city from the window of the a twin room. It included central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. This accommodation had a central setting in walking distance from Train station.

Appreciated a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room. The staff helped with everything. The location for Krakow was magnificent and perfect, adjacent to the center of Krakow, Fifteen to twenty minutes by foot to the central train station, and market place and surrounding areas. Old Town district was worth exploring.

the staff was very professional and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. the room we had included a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and a writing desk. we had a private bathroom. the service was great and the food was excellent. free wi-fi throughout the property was really convenient.

Clean hotel, amazingly helpful personnel, rich and marvellous breakfast. A great selection of local food for meals. Nicely decorated and well-equipped unit with cosy chairs.

The location was particularly good, so close to the train station, the main square and the tram stop, the historic centre, and the major attractions. Spent our evenings in nearby Pijalnia Wodki i Piwa, especially when it was very hot outside.
